| | Thanks for shopping our New Online Parts Fiche. There are several things that you should consider before ordering parts online:
- All available parts on microfiche are OEM Parts.
- For older vehicles not all parts may be available. Just because price is listed does not mean the part is still available.
- You are responsible for what you order! If you aren't sure that you have the right part, please contact us first.
- Returns only allowed within 15 days after item has been received and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA PHONE OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING A PACKAGE. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF STILL IN THE ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING.
- No returns or exchanges on electrical items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Oversize or overweight shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Please Note: Parts for bikes older than 10-15 years may no longer be available. Please place a parts request before placing an order for parts on bikes older than 15 years of age. Thanks!
- International residents will be contacted for additional shipping charges that are listed.
- We do not stock every part that Honda, Yamaha or Polaris makes. We place orders to Honda, Yamaha and Polaris daily and try to have your parts to you within 5-10 business days. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. OTHER ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
- We cannot ship batteries with acid, oil, or chemicals due to hazardous material fees.
