"I collided with a deer at 50 m.p.h. and sustained major but non-structural damage to my 2001 Valkyrie Interstate. My local Honda dealer worked up an estimate for parts and labor; the total greatly exceeded the market value of the motorcycle, so the insurance company totalled it. Because there was no structural damage, and it's a very rare color Valkyrie, I could not simply buy a replacement, so I bought the salvage rights to my bike. Armed with a Clymer manual and using the excellent OEM parts micro-fiche on CyclePartsWarehouse and with a little help from their very knowledgeable staff, I ordered over $5000 worth of parts from CyclePartsWarehouse (which was about 40% less than the prices from the Honda dealer) and rebuilt the motorcycle myself. The parts arrived promptly and were very well packaged. My Valkyrie is now better than ever, thanks to the low prices and great service from CyclePartsWarehouse. This is one great company, and I highly recommend them!"

"I called on Friday to find out about my order and Dustin said that I should receive a email to let me know when my order ships and along with it my tracking number for the package.I never did receive a email telling me the tracking number or that my order was shipped, but Dustin was right when he told me I should receive my order on Tuesday or Wednesday because I did receive on Wednesday. Other then not knowing when your order ships or the tracking numbers are I did like the company's service that they offer. I got my parts in a timely manner and very happy with there customer service when I called them about my order."

"I recently ordered parts for my 2006 Polaris X2 ATV from your warehouse and was very delighted with the effort Michael Hayes put towards this transaction to make me a very satisfied customer, again. Yes I am a return customer; I ordered small parts prior to this for my 1999 Big Boss Polaris 6-wheeler.
Not only were your prices the best I could find anywhere, but Michael also worked very hard to get these bulk items shipped to Alaska at a fair price. The transaction went very smooth. I know that he jumped through hoops to make it work, and even though there was one small bump in the road, he got it straightened out before it became a pot-hole. Above all, his communication was the best keeping me informed on all that he was doing or going to do to make it work.
It is not often that we get that kind of service, being so far from the continental US, but again Michael reminds me of why I have never met a Texan I didn't like. You may only have one lone star on your flag, but you get my "Five Star Rating".
